Karen McNaughton, Chief Marketer
Karen is the founder and Chief Marketer at The Marketing Hub. She has worked for more than 15 years in technology marketing, working for Fortune 500, mid-sized and startup companies. Her experience in the private and public sectors has provided the opportunity to harness evolving marketing trends and tools to deliver successful programs. Karen oversees the marketing strategy and direction for Marketing Hub clients, delivering an understanding of new technologies and how web 2.0 can help them to connect with their customers.
She holds a B.A. Honours, Communications, from Acadia University, and a diploma in Information Technology from ITI.
Beth Johnson, Associate: Marketing Communications/Customer Advocacy

With more than fifteen years of marketing and professional writing experience, Beth has developed and implemented marketing programs for clients in a range of industries, including: high-tech, consumer, government and healthcare. Beth provides marketing communications support to Marketing Hub clients, including; customer advocacy programs, case studies, press releases and website content development.
Beth places a strong emphasis on working with internal stakeholders to establish a close link between customer reference activities and messaging, ensuring each level of the client’s message – from corporate tag line to product value proposition – is backed up by a customer case study, example, or quote.
